I can't stop using our new Earthquake bar. I love the feeling I get when I use it. My lats feel so pumped. Tightness is a must and this teaches you to stay tight or fail. This week I increased my bells to 40 lbs per side.

An increase of 5 lbs per side on the bamboo bar is progress!
