All orders placed online will automatically include the applicable sales tax at checkout. Because this tax is processed and submitted through our payment system at the time of purchase, we do not issue refunds for sales tax on any online order.
If you are tax-exempt and want to avoid being charged sales tax, you must place your order by phone so we can verify your exemption before processing payment.

Email a copy of your valid tax-exempt certificate to customerservice@elitefts.com.

Once verified, we will process your order manually without tax.
