I am not sure what's up with my lat lately but for the past 3 or 4 bench sessions I end up with a massive bruise. It doesn't hurt but looks ugly. Maybe it's because I'm really working hard on staying tight on my bench post shoulder surgery or maybe compensating for my weaker side? Not sure but it is weird, really really weird.

Feeling great with my bench and upper back and lats lately. My lats are growing I can tell. Bigger lats, bigger bench and I have my goals set high for the Worlds in November.
