Saturday we hit some front squats followed up by a back attack.

Front Squats

Bar x 5 95 x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 1 315 x 1 365 x 1. This is more than I thought I would be able to do. Holding the small bar on my shoulders was harder than the actual squatting.

Lat Attack

High Machine Row 4 sets

Seated Row 4 sets

Machine CSR 4 Sets

Pull aparts 3 sets

Face Pulls 3 sets

It's now Monday and I still have a sweet lat pump haha
