Bryan is the co-owner of The Strength Lab in Wilmington, OH — a 15,000 square foot sports performance gym. He trains eight-year-old children through collegiate and professional athletes. Bryan has a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Shawnee State University. Other education and certifications include: Parisi Speed School Sports Performance Coach, USA Weightlifting Certified Sports Performance Coach, International Youth Conditioning Association certified Youth Fitness Specialist, and Crossfit Level 1 Trainer.

Weighing 220 pounds, raw with wraps, his best lifts include a 640-pound squat, 430-pound bench, and 750-pound deadlift.

Currently, Bryan is preparing for the XPC 21 Deadlift Salute (deadlift-only meet) on the main stage at the Arnold. From now till March his training log will reflect his deadlift prep.
