After coming off my best meet performance of my career, I am now taking some time to focus on competing in bodybuilding over the spring of 2017. My nutrition coaching is through Cliff Wilson, and I have not yet determined the shows I'm competing in at this time.

We had a great group of guys and atmosphere going for the day, despite the super cold weather here in Indiana. My good friend, Smurr, came down to visit and get some training in with us as well. I was surprised how good my squats were feeling with the SSB given all the stuff I had done during the week (it was actually a busy week for me). Nonetheless, I plugged away and got some PR's. It was another high carb day, so I got to have a little bit of low fat ice cream with dinner to help reach my carb limit for the day, but I feel as if those days are slowly coming to an end. Good start to the week!
