I notified my boss that I wouldn't be at work on account of me being a dumbass. Fortunately he too, by dumb luck, was also in Miami.

So we trained! I trained! F'in A man!!!

I forgot to mention I met Mike at Battle Axe Gym, where Yessie primarily trained, and he's an awesome guy. I'm looking forward to watching him compete coming up in Pittsburgh at the Kumite Classic.

Anyways...we headed there on Monday and had the gym to ourselves. I did some really light and easy stuff.

Sled pulls with 1 plate for maybe a total of 8-10min.

Goblet squats with 30lbs, sets of 10

Bench with shoulder saver pad- one board side- with feet out

225x10x10

Triple Tricep Ext

2 sets to failure

Hammer curls to my heart's content

We grabbed some chipotle, headed home, and then to the airport. And this time it was the real thing. We were actually flying out.
