Perform Chest supported T-raise, pause each rep at the top. Immediately following your last set do 100 total reps of regular reps w/o the pause. Anytime you see ‘total’ reps that means do as many reps as you can rest 5-10 seconds the keep going until you hit the prescribed reps.

4 x 20 paused, 100 total *these felt like each rep was held at the top for about 2 esaconds... guess not
