This is the same program my team and online clients are running right now. It’s suitable for Intermediate to Advanced lifters and it is best in the off season.
It is typical of my current Method of programming which is a little high in volume. If the volume is higher than you usually use just drop a set off each accessory until you adapt.
It also addresses weak points for lifters regardless of where they are through the use of special exercises at different points in the training block.

I’m afraid I’m extremely washed up. At 60 and having knee surgery next week. I’m pretty banged up overall...military, powerlifting (without todays golden knowledge), strength and conditioning (same as above). I read ALL your stuff but your old guy stuff is more applicable to me.
As always much appreciated for all you do.
