elitefts Shoulder Saver Pad Bundle | Black & Red

Two Pad Heights for Your Bench Training

The elitefts Shoulder Saver Pad Bundle gives you the original black pad and the smaller red pad in one package. Use them to shorten your bench press range of motion and train different portions of the press without having someone hold a board on your chest.

Bundle price: $50.92. Purchased separately, the two pads total $59.90. You save $8.98, or 15%.

What's Included

• 1 elitefts Shoulder Saver Pad Black: The larger, original pad for a shorter pressing range of motion.
• 1 elitefts Shoulder Saver Pad Red: The smaller pad, described as equivalent to a 1.5-inch board, for a longer pressing range than the black pad.

These are two different pad sizes, not just two colors of the same pad. Having both lets you choose the range of motion that fits the work you have planned.

How to Use the Bundle

Use the black pad when you want to limit the bottom portion of the press further. Switch to the smaller red pad when you want to work through more range. Both give you a practical option for supplemental pressing and targeted lockout work.

The pad attaches to the bar, so you do not need a training partner to hold boards. That does not replace a spotter or properly set safety supports. Keep your grip firm, control the bar, and choose your load and range of motion deliberately.

Pad Construction

• High-density padding with a synthetic cover
• Rounded profile that requires you to maintain control and stay tight
• One black pad and one red pad per bundle
• Barbell, bench, and other equipment are not included
