The American Cambered Grip Bar gives you more ways to train the bench, row, and upper body without being locked into one straight-bar position. The camber lets you press or row through a deeper range of motion, helping you attack weak points off the chest, build more upper-back and triceps strength, and get more out of every rep.
Flip the bar over, and you can shorten the range of motion for overload pressing, similar to a board press, without needing a board or a training partner.
With four grip positions and the ability to rotate the bar, you get multiple neutral, semi-pronated, and semi-supinated options to find the grip that feels best on your shoulders, elbows, and wrists.
