If you are gonna lift heavy weights, you gotta have the right tools. You don't have to have a lot of tools to get strong but they have to be quality. They have to be able to hold up to the demands of serious lifters - people who think strength is more than a hobby.
This bench is made from 3x3 steel posts, 11 gauge steel and has fixed uprights. The bench pad is 12" wide and 17.5 inches tall. It also comes standard with band pegs.
