This event runs with 4–6 lifters. That number is not going up. Every spot that fills is a spot that's gone, and I have no way to add more time or more attention once the group is set.

What the Two Days Look Like
This is not a seminar. You will train. Both days are hands-on and built around your specific weak points. Come ready to work.
Day 1 — Squat, Deadlift, Lower Body
Friday, July 25 • Starts 9:30 AM • Plan for a long day.
Squat
Technical work and individual weak point assessment. Real weight. Real feedback. You will know exactly where your squat is costing you by the time we're done.
Deadlift
Same approach. Real pulls, real coaching. You'll leave knowing what's limiting your pull and what to do about it.
Special Exercises
Based on what we find in your assessment, you get coached through the specific work that targets your actual weak points. Not a generic list.
TYAO Lower Body Session
A full leg training session. You'll know what training hard actually feels like when it's over.
Post-Training Q&A
Every question gets answered. I don't leave until they are.
Day 2 — Bench, Upper Body
Saturday, July 26 • Starts 9:30 AM • Plan for early-to-mid afternoon.
Bench
Technical work and weak point assessment. Full technique review worked up to a heavyweight. What's holding your press back gets identified and addressed.
Special Exercises
Targeted accessory work based on what you need. You'll know what to do and how to do it before you leave.
TYAO Upper Body Session
Training muscles versus training movements. The difference becomes clear fast when you're actually doing it.
Post-Training Q&A
Same as Day 1. Every question answered. No cutting it short.
After the Event
Every attendee gets added to the Private Discord Group. Over $1,000 in free resources. A community of lifters who've been through the same two days. And direct access to continue asking questions and getting training videos reviewed after you're back home.
The event ends on July 26. The access doesn't.
What to Know Before You Arrive
What to Bring
All your gear. Belt, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, deadlift socks, whatever you actually train in. Day 1 is a long day. Come fueled. Snacks and drinks are on site, but plan accordingly.
Getting There
elitefts S5 Compound, London, Ohio. Flying in, Columbus is your closest major airport. Directions are included in your confirmation after you register.
What to Expect
Long days. Real work. You'll leave with a clear, specific picture of what to fix and how to fix it. Nothing here is watered down.
