elitefts Cable Wrist Wraps
Built for the Work, Not the Warm-Up
There's a short list of things that should end a set of cable pushdowns: tricep failure, hitting your rep target, or moving up in weight. Grip fatigue isn't on that list. Neither is a cuff that spins on the attachment point mid-set, digs into your wrist by rep eight, or takes 90 seconds to adjust between exercises.
The elitefts Cable Wrist Wraps are built around one idea: whatever cable movement you're in, the attachment shouldn't be the problem.
What You're Looking At
Wide neoprene padding distributes pressure evenly across your wrist. There's no hard edge digging in during high-rep sets or extended cable sessions. The nylon webbing strap runs the full length of the cuff and wraps a dual triangle ring system — two rings per side, not one. That dual-ring setup matters: it keeps the cuff stable at the attachment point and reduces the rotational slop that single-ring designs develop under load.
Adjustment is straightforward. The buckle closure cinches tight and stays there. You're not fighting it between sets or re-securing it mid-workout.
Sold as a pair. Both cuffs are identical, no left/right asymmetry to sort out.
Where These Get Used
Any upper body cable movement where you need a clean, stable wrist attachment:
- Tricep pushdowns and overhead tricep extensions
- Cable curls and hammer curls
- Face pulls and rear delt cable work
- Cable flyes and cross-body cable movements
- Lateral raise variations on a low cable
- Straight-arm pulldowns
If the bar, rope, or straight attachment feels like it's limiting the isolation — or if you're working around a wrist or elbow that doesn't tolerate a fixed-grip attachment well — these solve that problem cleanly.
Built to Last
Heavy-duty nylon, reinforced stitching, steel hardware. The elitefts standard on accessories is the same as on bars and racks: it needs to hold up under real use, not just look the part on a product photo. These aren't going to stretch out, pill, or lose their shape after a few months of regular training.
What's in the Box
One pair of elitefts Cable Wrist Wraps. Both cuffs included.
Common Questions
Can these be used for ankle work too?
The cuff design and sizing are built for wrist use. They can be adapted for light cable ankle work, but if ankle isolation is your primary application, look at a purpose-built ankle cuff.
Are these compatible with standard cable machine carabiners?
Yes. The triangle rings clip to any standard carabiner hook on commercial or home cable setups.
One size or multiple?
The adjustable buckle closure accommodates a wide range of wrist sizes. If you have questions about fit before ordering, reach out — we're happy to help.
Do these work with resistance bands?
Yes — any carabiner-equipped resistance band system is compatible.
