Steel construction with a spring snap gate. At 3 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide at the opening, these fit standard cable machine hooks and most common attachment loops without fighting to clip them in. The gate snaps shut and stays shut.

Why Two

Common Questions

Do these fit all cable machines?
Yes. The 1.5-inch opening accommodates the hook end on standard-weight stack cable machines. If your machine uses an unusually thick cable end or a non-standard hook, measure first.

How is this different from the elitefts 4-Pack?
Same carabiner. Different quantity. The 2-Pack is the right buy when you're outfitting a single cable station. The 4-Pack is better if you're stocking a full gym or want a supply on hand for chains, sleds, and Prowler work.

Can I use these for bands or chains?
Yes. The spring snap gate handles banded cable setups and chain attachments. The primary use is standard cable attachments, but they're not limited to that.
