Reviews

I had no idea what really creating tension in my body looked like, my adductors need work, and I need to work on several things with my shoulders to perform better. Getting real time feedback from great coaches is incredibly helpful. It’s completely different seeing things in person vs video or pictures and having the tactile feedback when needed makes all the difference. Tom and Naomi are awesome people to work with too.- Sven Torstveit

If someone asked me, I would say YES. Especially if you are new, serious, intermediate or curious. The reasoning behind this because I personally thought my form looked fairly good before attending, but after going over the presentation, then getting hands on learning, i realised how little I knew. - Jorge Guzman

My biggest takeways were; You might be doing the right thing, just not at the right level. Toms application & eye while coaching others. Techincal details - Assesment of weakness : Movement, Muscle - remove the technical breakdown to make sure the muscle breakdown is actually the fault. If someone asked me about this event I would say: Why have you not done it already. Everyone is restricted by the fall walls they spend most of their time in. Get around the best to be the best - Dylan Fowler

The biggest takeaway for me was; Tripod (feet stability), wedging in on the deadlift, overhead pressing and I Absolutely suggest other attended this for the abundance of knowledge and willingness to help and explain, whether it be in a practical scenario or theory, is top notch. & this is not only for the veteran athlete, but also the beginners. Even though there was so much knowledge shared, it was done in a way that could be easily interpreted. - Silvia

My biggest takeaway from this event was the actual feeling of a good brace and how to accomplish it. The actual feeling of good rooting and how to accomplish it. The feeling of the first phase of the deadlift done properly and how to achieve that in the future. (there's more obviously, but you said three). If someone asked me if they should attended this event I would say. 'What the fuck is wrong with you, why do you need convincing, are you serious about this shit or just jerking off?' Why: I'm a crude person and Tom is an exceptional coach. In my experience with him (both as a two time seminar attendee, 2+ years on the discord, and as a client for the last 7 months) his ability to get his point across to a wide variety of people is incredibly impressive. His knowledge base is absolutely stunning, and finally he's an intensely kind and genuine person. Under his prickly appearance is a man that's out to give back all he can, and being around people like that reminds you the world isn't so bad after all. - Jay Lester
The biggest takaways I had from this event were; Training with the crew!!!! Practical application after each theory section and the unique ways we learned to apply the principles based on needs or current goals in training. The many ways we can improve our performance while still increasing longevity in sport and lifting.I feel everyone should strongly strongly considering going - it will radically improve their current training and performance and transform the way they conceptualize training ensuring better training and training outcomes throughout their life and improve the longevity and quality of that training in their lifetime. Specifically, Tom is an incredible resource and patient coach with a unique skill of explaining and demonstrating complex ideas and systems into practical and actionable parts. He is both generous with his time and his expertise! Both Tom and Naomi are genuine, welcoming and inspiring - they reinforce what I associate Elite FTS with: LIVE LEARN PASS ON - Fenyx Tejada

I highly suggest others attend this event becuase they will learn a lot. And what I love about you guys is that you are always modest and approachable instead of wasting energy in insulting other people to make yourselves look better. Genuine energy. You guys create an ideal environment for others to learn. Well done!!! - Nalae Yang

The biggest takeaways; Bracing techniques Foot mechanics Bench set up. Tom presented the information in a clear and thorough fashion. The topics and techniques were not the typical beaten down material or rehashed old articles. If you want to learn to be a better strength this is a fun and effective way - Shawn O’Donnell

Biggest takeaways; 3 different types of breathing, Training the body per biomechanics, Loaded stretches, Understanding where to feel what when, Common faults on lifts, Set ups for different body types, The drills we did That was more than 3 due to amount of information.  enjoyed hearing about accessories movements for your specific body type I’d like a deeper dive into that. Ofcourse I’m going to say nutrition specific one, though I’ve attended your webinars on those and will continue to do so. This two day seminar had enough information to be covered over two weeks. It will make you a better coach & athlete by attending. You will get more than your moneys worth for time and attention that was put and applied into this seminar. - Holly Torrez

If you care about getting better at lifting, then you have to invest in that. You are not going to learn everything on your own and a few days of hands-on coaching can completely change your trajectory as a lifter. Tom is one of the best coaches on the planet and goes out of his way to help anyone who asks for it. When you leave the event your communication with Tom does not end, he will be there to help and doesn't ask anything in return. You will be surrounded by like minded individuals and it will be a fun event. There were also energy drinks, candy and uncrustables included. - Seth Patton

Tom is well spoken and can relay information and his answers in an understandable way. Also, he looks at training methodologies as a whole to draw information from rather than being so rigidly attached to one style as so many others are. - Nicholas Hammontree

There was so much knowledge passed on to the attendees. It’s a great time and everyone was so welcoming and nice. Just a great experience. - Caleb Maston
