While the 1 Ply Gateway Briefs are an excellent introduction to geared lifting and joint support, the 2 Ply version delivers significantly greater compression and support. The result is a tighter, more secure fit that provides increased hip stability and noticeable rebound out of the bottom position of the squat.
Designed with serious strength athletes in mind, these briefs provide the spring and pop needed to support heavy squat training while helping reduce stress on the hips and lower body. Sizing Information
Important: These briefs are designed to fit extremely tight. Choose your normal size based on bodyweight, then go up one size to ensure you can comfortably get into the briefs.
