The elitefts E-Series Dip Stands give you a simple, durable way to train dips without needing a rack attachment, wall mount, or full station. Set them where you need them, train hard, and move them out of the way when you’re done.
Dips are one of the best movements for building chest, shoulders, and triceps, and for developing upper-body strength that actually shows up in pressing. Add bodyweight reps, load them with a dip belt, or use bands for assistance or added resistance.
Built from 2" x 2" 11-gauge steel and weighing 50 lb, these stands are light enough to move but solid enough for hard training. The 2" hand grips give you a strong, stable feel, and the powder-coated finish lets you choose the color that fits your gym.
