AbMat Ab Amigo "Wall"
Suited for any body type and athletes of all fitness levels, the Wall Amigo provides comfortable, effective anchoring for your feet which enables you to safely pursue your abdominal training goals with less strain on your neck and back and no need for a spotter. The Wall Amigo is a critical component of any strength-training regimen as it effectively eliminates the need for momentum in your sit-ups allowing you to focus on your core-strengthening goals. And, when you’re ready to add weight to your sit-up regimen, the Wall Amigo provides the support you need without impinging motion.
Proudly made in the USA from 1/8” thick steel, the Wall Amigo measures 14.5” across the footplate and features (2) 3/8” diameter holes spaced approximately 1-7/8” apart on center. These holes are designed for mounting the Wall Amigo to a wood stud with the included 5/16” x 1-1/2” wood lag screws.
