2. How We Collect Information
-
Directly from you when you create an account, check out as a guest, place an order, complete a form, post a comment, submit an article, or engage with our email/SMS sign-ups.
-
Automatically via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies implemented through Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and other service providers (see Section 8 and our separate Cookie Policy).
-
From third parties such as payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Affirm), social networks when you engage with our ads, and logistics providers that update shipment status.
3. Why We Use Your Information
We process personal information to:
-
Fulfil, manage, and deliver orders, returns, and warranty claims;
-
Provide account, technical, and customer support;
-
Operate, secure, and improve our websites and Services (e.g., troubleshoot, analyse performance, prevent fraud);
-
Personalise content, remember preferences, and recommend products;
-
Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, policy changes);
-
Conduct marketing via email, SMS, push notifications, and targeted advertising on third-party platforms only with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law;
-
Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection);
-
Defend or exercise legal claims and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We share data only as needed for business purposes with:

Where required by CCPA/CPRA, some sharing with analytics/advertising partners may be deemed a “share” for cross-context behavioural advertising. California residents can opt out via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer or by submitting a request (see Section 12).
5. International Data Transfers
We are headquartered in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, or processed in the U.S. or other countries that may not have equivalent data-protection laws. We rely on

-
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with our service providers; or
-
Your explicit consent where required.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (e.g., tax regulations, contractual obligations, dispute resolution).

Shopify storefront cookies (cart, session, secure login);
-
Google Analytics 4 measurement cookies;
-
Meta Pixel for ad attribution and retargeting;
-
Mailchimp web beacons in email to understand engagement.
