Important: These Official Rules serve as a master template for all EliteFTS sweepstakes, contests, raffles, or giveaways (each, a “Promotion”). For each Promotion, EliteFTS will publish a short-form announcement (“Promotion Summary”) specifying the unique details (Sponsor name, start/end dates, prizes, approximate retail value, entry methods, etc.). The Promotion Summary will incorporate these Official Rules by reference. If the Promotion Summary conflicts with these Official Rules, the Promotion Summary controls.

 

 

1  Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by EliteFTS.com Inc., 1402 State Route 665, London, Ohio 43140 USA ("Sponsor"). No social‑media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) is affiliated with or endorses the Promotion.

 

 

2  No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

 

3  Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless the Promotion Summary expands or restricts geography/age.

  • Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

  • The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Canadian or international entrants: If a Promotion expressly includes non‑U.S. territories, additional requirements (e.g., Canadian skill‑testing question, EU GDPR consent) will be detailed in the Promotion Summary.

 

 

4  Promotion Period

The start and end times (the “Promotion Period”) will be stated in the Promotion Summary. Sponsor’s computer is the official time‑keeping device.

 

 

5  How to Enter

The Promotion Summary will describe all permitted entry methods, which may include one or more of the following:

  1. Online Form: Complete the entry form at a specified URL.

  2. Email Opt‑In: Join the EliteFTS email or SMS list during the Promotion Period.

  3. Social Media Action: Follow, like, comment, or share per instructions.

  4. Mail‑In Entry (Always Available): Hand‑print your name, address, phone number, email, and the Promotion name on a 3″×5″ card and mail to: Sweepstakes Entry, EliteFTS.com Inc., 1402 State Route 665, London, OH 43140. Mail‑in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received within five (5) business days thereafter.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per entry method unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Summary. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and will be void.

 

 

6  Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

The number of winners, prize description(s), and ARV will be listed in the Promotion Summary. Total ARV of all prizes will also be stated.

  • No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  • Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

 

 

7  Winner Selection & Odds

  • Random Drawing: Eligible entries will be pooled, and winners selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its agent within [X] days of Promotion end.

  • Judged Contest: If the Promotion is skill‑based (e.g., essay, photo), judging criteria and scoring weights will be disclosed in the Promotion Summary.

  • Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

 

8  Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winners will be notified via the email address, phone number, or social‑media handle provided at entry, within five (5) business days of drawing. Winners must:

  1. Respond within 48 hours (or timeframe specified);

  2. Complete, sign, and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability Release, W‑9 (U.S.), or other tax forms as required; and

  3. For prizes over USD $600, provide a valid Social Security Number for tax reporting.

Noncompliance, undeliverable notification, or failure to respond in time will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

 

 

9  Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, city/state, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or notice.

 

 

10  Limitation of Liability & Release

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (ii) technical errors; (iii) unauthorized intervention; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property.

 

 

11  Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for administering the Promotion and for marketing, consistent with applicable law.

 

 

12  General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs integrity or proper functioning.

  • Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters.

  • Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

 

 

13  Disputes

Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts in Franklin County, Ohio, under Ohio law, or by any alternative dispute procedure described in Sponsor’s Terms of Service.

 

 

14  Winner List

For a list of winners (available for 30 days after prize award), send a self‑addressed, stamped envelope to: Winner List Request – [Promotion Name], EliteFTS.com Inc., 1402 State Route 665, London, OH 43140.
