Shipping Options (Domestic & International)

Domestic Shipping

We strive to process and ship most orders within one business day of receipt. Standard service is UPS Ground (5–10 business days within the contiguous United States). UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or on weekends/major holidays.

Expedited Services — UPS Next‑Day Air, 2‑Day, and 3‑Day shipping are available for an additional charge. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST typically ship the next business day.

Oversize & Heavy Items — Items too large or heavy for UPS ship by freight truck. Inside delivery/installation is not included; shipments are curbside only. Please arrange adequate help or equipment to unload.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally via UPS Expedited and UPS Express. Large equipment can ship by international freight—please request a quote through our Contact Us page.

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility. We do not collect or estimate these charges at checkout.


Freight Delivery & Lift‑Gate Service Terms

  • Curbside Delivery — Standard freight deliveries are curbside. Drivers do not unload or assemble shipments.

  • Lift‑Gate Service — Available for an additional fee. Request this when our team emails your Delivery Notification.

  • Partial Disassembly — Equipment is fully assembled, inspected, then partially disassembled only as needed for safe transport; minimal customer assembly is required.

  • Scheduling & Notification — A Delivery Notification requiring e‑signature is emailed within one business day of order placement. Once shipped, you’ll receive carrier details and an estimated arrival date.

  • Inspection on Arrival — Inspect freight before signing. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery and alert us immediately via the Contact Us page.


Payment and Order Placement Methods

  1. Online: Secure SSL checkout via our website.

  2. Telephone: 1‑888‑854‑8806 (U.S.) Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST.

  3. Mail/Fax: Fax orders to 1‑740‑845‑0498 or mail with payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, and U.S. checks (conditions apply). C.O.D. is not available.

Institutional Purchase Orders are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. Sale pricing does not apply to POs and shipping is arranged by us. For PO approval, please submit details through our Contact Us form.


Return, Refund, and Damage Policies

Returns & Exchanges

  • Initiate within 7 days of delivery for full merchandise credit (25 % restocking fee applies).

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Non‑returnable items include custom products, equipment, barbells, books/DVDs/digital goods, and worn apparel.

  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via the Contact Us page before shipping items back.

Shipping Damage & Shortages

Report damage or shortages within 24 hours of delivery via the Contact Us form. Retain all packaging for carrier inspection.


Free Shipping Eligibility & Exclusions

Free‑shipping promotions apply to standard UPS Ground shipments within the contiguous U.S. only. Exclusions include:

  • Freight‑shipped items, any single item over 20 lb, barbells/specialty bars, oversized packages, drop‑ship items, and international destinations.

  • Minimum order values may apply; see promotion details.

If shipping charges appear at checkout during a free‑shipping promotion, one or more items in your cart are ineligible.


Canadian Shipping – Duties & Brokerage

UPS delivers Canadian orders under the e‑Tailer Brokerage Program. Shipments <$200 USD incur an average CAD $10 brokerage fee; higher‑value or commercial shipments incur additional fees. Duties, GST/HST, and brokerage are collected by UPS on delivery. Pre‑paying these charges with UPS can prevent delays.


Apparel & Gear Care Instructions

General Apparel

  • Wash: Machine‑wash warm, inside‑out, with like colors.

  • Dry: Tumble‑dry medium.

  • Iron: Do not iron printed areas.

  • Dry Clean: Not recommended.

Supportive Powerlifting Gear

  • Hand Wash: Cold‑to‑lukewarm water, mild soap.

  • No Bleach: Avoid harsh chemicals.

  • Air Dry: Lay flat or hang; no tumble‑dry.


Sales Promotions & Disclaimers

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions, pricing, or policies at any time without notice. One free promotional item per household unless otherwise stated. Orders deemed to violate promotion terms may be canceled and refunded.
