Block 3, Week 7, Day 1 - Assistance
I have missed most of my assistance days throughout this past training block and I really just wanted to go out in the garage and lift some weights today so I did. I did a little bit of cleaning in the garage between my sets in preparation for the upcoming holidays and because it needed it.
