Every day for the next week I’m going to give you a daily double kettlebell challenge. If I get a good following and interest I will continue to do it longer. You can use this challenge as part of your training or as a finisher. If you are looking for a quick effective kettlebell session this will be for you.
All you need is: A pair of Kettlebells, a good attitude, a willingness to work hard and be able to challenge yourself.
Dust off those bells folks, spring is in the air and it’s time to get our bodies moving our joints stronger and that metabolism burning for our beach bodies!
Here is your first challenge:
Double Kettlebell Swings x 20
Double Kettlebell Snatches x 10
Double Kettlebell Squats x 10
Double Kettlebell Swings x 20
Double Kettlebell Snatches x 10
Double Kettlebell Squats x 10
Rest in between any sets if necessary and switch bells sizes if they are available to you.
Repeat this 3 minute set 5 times for a complete domination destroyer!
