I have officially signed up for a meet. And by singed up I mean I have paid my entry fee and purchased an updated federation card.
I will be competing on August 20th 2016 at the SPF North American Powerlifting Championship. I'll be coming in at 242 and it will be my first meet in the class. Additionally this will be my first meet in over 2 years and my first meet since I tore my left adductor.
I am excited and training has been going well. I am confidant I will get some PR's over my 220 numbers.
I'm looking forward to getting back on the platform.
