MCL rehab
So my wife had some kind of plague. She was nice enough to pass it along to me. Isn't love grand. Needless to say, I have been feeling like a bag of smashed sphincters. Evidently, I needed to say it anyway.
The good news, the mcl is coming along really well. I got the ok from the pt to start doing bw squats. They felt good. Baby steps right?
Well, as you can see above, I kept busy and trained. If all else fails, just do something. I'm really achy. I don't know if it's training, being sick, or both. I have to keep a close eye on my work. My arms/pecs/shoulders are really bothering me. I gotta get well.
