The OBB Power Handles- w/60 lb dumbbells x10x3 Here’s my training partner, Isaac Sullender, performing the movement- The OBB Power Handles make this movement much more efficient than attempting to do this with just the dumbbells. Other movements like the Farmer's Walk could be done with dumbbells as well, but the handles make the movement much easier and less stressful than having to repeatedly pick the dumbbells up off of the floor. Leg Curls- 70x8x3 These don’t seem to be getting any easier for me, but I plan to keep incorporating them until they do. Standing Ab Crunches w/the Elitefts light band x15x3 Okay, so maybe the videos aren't that exciting, but perception is everything. At least it got your attention, right?
