Run: Fartlek 3 miles

Concept II Row: 20 minutes

BOSU Sit-up: 100 reps

Weighted Side Flex using the 45-degree back extension: 3x10

3x33 of the Following Exercises:

  1. KB Lateral Raise
  2. KB Front Raise
  3. KB C/S Rear Delt Raise
  4. Cable Crossover
  5. KB Incline Fly
  6. KB Floor Chest Press

When using the Kettlebells for what we normally would do with dumbells, it is important to know that the bottoms of the bell are held directly out. In other words, inverted kettlebells so you make your forearms SCREAM. If and when the grip gives out, then (and only then) can you let the bottoms drop to towards the floor.

Note: Mine never dropped! I have that G.I. Joe Kung Fu Grip going on. ahahahaha
