Home GHR- BWx10x3 I opted to not to wear any gear today to see how I held up. Out of the rack or off blocks I don’t think it makes as much of a difference anyway. I probably should have gone heavier, but I’m still hesitant due to my joint issues, although they do seem to be improving.
