My hope is that my coaching log will help you by:
- Showing the benefits of high intensity/low volume training that I’ve followed injury free for over 20 years which has developed into the
The Minimalist/M2 Raw Training Method and the
The M2 Equipped Training Ebook - Teaching through the experiences of my training partners and I.
- Helping to show how to overcome adversity, regardless of what it may be.
- Demonstrating the equipment I’ve designed to help benefit lifters such as yourself.

M2 Method EBook, designed to be the quintessential Raw Powerlifting training manual for beginners to advanced lifters looking to get stronger and prevent injury while incorporating the powerlifts. 10 mins treadmill Prehab PVC rolled on: Lower back, shifted to right and left Upper back, shifted to right and left scapula w/hips up Armpits Hamstrings Glutes Adductors Cambered Bar High Box Squats (w/Elitefts firm foam pad)- 135x5 225x3 w/Elitefts single ply Metal M suit, straps down- 315x2 405x1 w/Metal all black knee wraps- 405+80 lbs of chains x1 405+120 lbs of chains x1 Belt Squats- My training partner, Isaac, and I decided to try something different for accessory work today. He’s been doing them on his own for a while, but this was my first time trying them. We just took a couple of squat boxes, braced them against the power rack, used the Elitefts dip belt and the weight holder from the grip attachments. We used 35 lb plates since they take up less space. It worked well. 70x10 105x10 140x10 My quads were more sore from this than they’ve been in a while. We have a decline bench that’s rarely used that takes up a decent amount of space in our limited free weight area at OBB. I like the decline since more weight can be used than on the flat bench, while reducing shoulder stress, but I realize very few people use it. I’m debating getting rid of it and either getting a flat bench that adjusts to decline as well to help prevent people from potentially having to wait for a bench, or instead getting a belt squat machine. So far the OBB team has voted for the belt squat by an overwhelming majority. From a business standpoint I wonder if the bench may still be a better option, but the belt squat is unique and is definitely something that most gyms don't have. I’m open to suggestions. Unfortunately we only have enough space to get one or the other.
