Anyways hit back yesterday here is todays chest and try workout Cable Low incline press 10 sets of 10 Low inclined bell fly 3 sets of 8 1 and 1/4 overdbell tri ext (focused on stretch)--solid work! I really like how the low incline cable presses are feeling.
