Cycle: Commute

Versi-Climber: 10x 50

Reverse Hyper: 3x10

Blast Strap Row: 100 reps (non-stop)

Pull-ups: 10x3

HEAVY Dumbell Row: 4x6

Chin-ups: 10x3

Ab Crunch: 150 continuous reps

A bicep exercise (your choice) 3x10

Cycle: Commute
