I had to leave the gym early today to meet a plumber at my house. I have a very difficult time leaving a facility unattended. "Murphy's Law" states that if anything bad is to happen, it will!" Hopefully, I pray, everyone will be fine.

As for the plumber? I wait patiently for a person that now is in control of my life. If you have a backed-up sink from a clog south of the washing machine, you are at the mercy of someone who BETTER knows more than I do.

I have read all the home remedies and have had other plumbers snaking out the line, but still, I have this ongoing issue with these backups and garage floods.

I hope this guy comes equipped with all the necessary tools to get the job done. I really hate the half-assed acts that are common in ALL construction and contracted work out here in California.

FUCK! Expected a very expensive day...(I wouldn't mind as much if the problem get resolved...)

Today's training:

Had to take it easy on everyone as the week has taken its toll.

AirDyne: 5 mins Steady; 10x15/45

Concept II Row: 5 mins steady; 10x15/45

Ab Wheel: 100 reps

Ab Crunch: 75 reps

GET OUT OF THE GYM and have a great weekend!!!
