*Negative Accentuated on all the 10 sets of 3 (Muscle shortening phase is pretty quick with a super slow eccentric phase of each rep)

** Note I had to change the 10 sets to 5 sets after my 4:30 AM group took between an hour and a half to TWO hours to complete.

*Lat Pulldown: 10x3

*DB Row: 10x3

Band Pull-a-parts: 4x25

Cable "Get behinds": 4x15

*BB Curl: 10x3

*DB Hammer Curl: 10x3
