The Latin term res firma mitescere nescit was made famous in the 1985 film "American Flyers" where it is colloquially translated as "once you got it up, keep it up". What it really means is that a firm resolve does not know how to weaken.

In other words, once you have made a decision, dogmatically stick with it until you make it succeed. I've told many of Strength Coaches in the past "Get rid of your Plan B, that way you will be determined to make your Plan A a success."

Be strong in your mind and it will make you strong in your body!

Cycle: Commute

Belt Squat: 3x10; 1x20

Leg Press: 3x10; 1x20

Leg Extension: 3x10; 1x20

Calf Raise: 100 continuous reps

12" Box Jumps: 10x5 Take caution!!! The first one might humble you since everything you've done to this point is Quad dominant and there is no flight left in your wheels.
