The Home GHR- BWx10x3 My deadlift seems to be the one lift that’s consistently improving for me (at least for now). My right shoulder crunches on the bottom of the bench and I have a weird painful lump that forms right where I place the bar above my left shoulder blade every time I squat. I’m pretty sure these issues have a lot to do with my autoimmune issues as well as the meds that f-d me up, but being under heavy weight for over 23 years is going to take a toll as well. I’m headed to the orthopedic doc on August 8th and still hoping that the weird lump will gradually go away (I had them on both sides for a while and the one on the right eventually went away).
