Judy and Davey drive two hours every few weeks to train with me. They’ll both be competing in the upcoming APF/AAPF Nationals in Ft Lauderdale from August 14-16. They are a great example that age is just a number and that you can continue to get strong at any age. They follow a modified template of my M2 Method without squats and alternate heavy pulls with speed pulls each week with deloads as needed.
