I knew that they were calling for rain on Sunday but I wasn't for sure when exactly it would rain, hoping that it would rain in the morning and clear off in the afternoon when I train, I covered up the stones that I wanted to load and hoped for the best...and I got lucky! Alana Casey posted a video on Facebook of her doing a one motion dbell press with 100 lbs for easy reps so I decided to accept the challenge from her. Pretty sure she is much stronger than I am! Giant Dbell 100 lbs x 10 one motion reps, default PR Clint Dec 5 307 Deadlift 418 x 3 x 3 first set I felt my lat a little but I'm making adjustments.
