Keep company with those people who share the same attitude that you would like to have. This doesn’t mean to dump all toxic people - help make them non-toxic. Face it - we are all toxic to someone!   Let it go: When things go wrong, as they always will, then learn from it and let it go. If it’s stress that will be longstanding, only let it stress you when it absolutely has to, the rest of the time… let it go. Contrary to what many say - stress can be good.   Decide what type of day you will have. I get it, some days, just waking up is a victory, but you are not alone. Many wake this way, but many also find a way to get up and get things done. Don’t let your lackluster view of the world when you get up stop you from getting things done. You don’t always have to like it to get it done.

    Being positive is not enough: Let’s face it, you can have all the self-talk you like, think 100% positive thoughts and never let anything bother you, but this is just not going to happen, and even if it did, it will not produce anything without action and execution.   Your attitude will determine the attitude of those around you.
