Elbows FUBAR?!?! Try dis! Set your self in a good RDL position. Grab the ‘ball’ instead of the handle and do some tricep kickbacks. These should not become your staple for building up triceps to move mountainous bench presses but they can keep your triceps working while giving your elbows a bit of a break. 3-8x10-20
