There isn't much else that I can say except that I freaking love working with Adam Hamdan! He is crazy strong and he is great to work with week in and week out. The amazing thing is his story and if he will just be patient and give himself time, his story will make HIS-TORY! We did not peak for this contest, we just rested the week before. He is currently preparing for Worlds 2015 and wanted a meet under his belt and this one came up short-notice. The work that he has put in over the last 3 months has been crazy and not once has he even hinted at a complaint...he just rested up and kept on moving forward.
