Here is what I did today BW Squats x 25 Pull Ups stop on shy of failure (used various grips) Dips x 20 seconds (did this circuit 30 minutes) Neck Work Here is a cool video of one of my lifters Rusty Coffman nailing a 645 raw squat, this been a 50 pound increase in last three months--look for this dude to go world class soon!
