I often refer to our training as Intuitive Training. All things are susceptible to the persons ability at any given moment in time. The "ability" refers to how one feels on any session, set, or rep. Things are taken into account such as levels of excitement, warm up, hydration, previous nights rest, previous training sessions intensity. Often overlooked is one's mental limits or stress that has been placed upon the system during the same durations. I usually keep a moderate temperament (and I'm a very excitable person) given times of stress or emergency. Slow to anger has been a mantra of mine since...well...1991. Before that, my sarcasm and quickness of wit would collide and then all heck would break loose. Between nothing good coming from a short fuse and over amping causing nothing but a failed lift or jumping "off sides" I would suffice to say, a constant monitor should be attached to EVERYONE as a way of gauging where an individual is at. I make no excuses nor do I accept them, but I know I STILL need to work on NOT blowing up during periods of stress and the magnitude by which I believe making a difference which there is NONE. Consistent irritations does not cause a callous, it results in abrasions. Take into account: Attitude Stress Others levels of each Environment Time Fatigue Other Training for Today: Vertical Jump to max height 50% of that height for sets of deuces Bunch of GHR's Abs Sprints: 1000 yards worth
