I am proud that EliteFTS has selected me to help the site with a coaching log.
I'll be posting regularly on my training, my athletes and my clients.As you may or may not know, I own Total Performance Sports in Everett, Mass.
TPS is a lifters paradise and it is stocked with equipment from EliteFTS and other suppliers. We are home to many lifters, strongmen, weightlifters and regular people. The commonalty is they are serious and dedicated. I will be sharing information n programming, success, failure and maybe some funny stuff too.
