I don't really get a lot of quad development out of my style of squatting. So in this non-competive phase I've decided to change up my squatting style and use a belt squat to target this area. In addition I thought it would be a great experiment to see what kind of frequency of training my body could withstand. Fun and painful experiments. After meet hit some quick squats before running out for food Belt Squat 425+bandsx5 SUNDAY Came in to clean gym after meet with wife and kids.
