June 27 and 28, we’re opening the S5 Compound to 50 people for two days of open training alongside Dave Tate, Tom, Naomi Sheppard, and the elitefts crew. No seminars. No lecture blocks. No slides.
You show up. You train. We train with you.
Both days run from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Open training, you train what you came to train. Most people hit squats and deadlifts on Saturday and bench on Sunday. Snacks are provided. The equipment is the same equipment you’ve seen in videos for years. Now it’s in your hands.
The crew will be on the floor throughout both sessions. Between sets is where the real coaching happens. You get eyes on your squat. Feedback on your pull. A second set of hands on your bench setup. That’s not something you get through a screen.
There’s no assigned curriculum. No blocks of time are spent sitting and watching someone present. The knowledge transfer here happens the way it always has at the Compound, in conversation, in real time, between sets. Ask questions. Get direct answers. Get back under the bar.

Rent a car. Uber from Columbus to London is doable — getting a ride back from London is harder. Set up your return before you need it.

MM Diner is right across the street. The bike path to the Compound is a 20-minute walk.
Keeping this at 50 is what makes the access real. Once it fills, it’s done. Crew members get first access at $150 until May 15. After that, the remaining spots open to the public are at $449 each.
