Height: 5'10" BW: 275lbs Weeks out: 23 Face: not exceptionally offensive Appetite: non-existent DIET: Meal 1: 4 eggs, over-medium w/cheese Oatmeal Meal 2: 6-8oz ground turkey 1 cup white rice Meal 3: 6-8oz ground turkey 1 cup white rice Meal 4: 6-8oz ground turkey 1 cup white rice Meal 5: 6-8oz ground turkey 1 cup white rice Meal 6 (during training): 90g EAAs 180g HBCDs Meal 7: Flank Steak w/ whatever the family has for dinner Meal 8: Flank Peanut butter Milk
