These were done on a decline bench. If you use a flat bench I’d elevate at least the front of the bench. The cambered bench bar is also a help but not a must. Pull with your lats first or you won’t get the weight up. If you’re a real gangsta pause these in the top. I probably would have had to take the weight off or reduce band tension to be able to pause these
