Use the close grip pulldown handle and do a pushdown. When you get to the bottom make sure to point your knuckles all the way to the floor. This helps mimic the action in your hands of trying to break the bar like a stick. Soooo sport specific! - This is hard to use a lot of weight on so use pauses in the top and slower eccentric to load the movement more. 3-8 x 10-50
