Place the dumbbell in one hand and lower your self into an RDL position. Keep your back flat (parallel with the floor) the entire movement. Row the dumbbell to your stomach. Keep your shoulder blade retracted on this movement. Don’t let the dumbbell twist your torso! 3-6 x 6-12
